Owned the conversion of a firm with 50 years of 2D drafting practice onto BIM-based virtual engineering — 32 disciplines, each with its own conventions and its own senior people to persuade.

Led photogrammetry production and automation for global mapping clients — including an early integration of satellite imagery and aerial photography for 3D modelling, delivered with OSIG (Canada) into the data pipeline behind Google's 3D mapping.

Photogrammetry — Cadworld / OSIG (Canada)
Led a photogrammetry programme in partnership with OSIG (Canada) delivering high-fidelity 3D mapping datasets for a global platform. The project established the quality controls, processing pipelines and dataset handoff standards behind that output, which fed Google’s 3D mapping data pipeline.
